Q. Where is your store?

We’re currently operating online only.

Q. How do I customise my order?

Customise any order by size, neck depth or garment length by simply emailing us with your personal measurements, any specific requirements and your order number on labelmwezi@gmail.com. To customise a garment by design, reach out to us via email before placing your order.

Q. If a product or my size is not in stock, when will it be available again?

If a product or your desired size is out of stock, please contact our customer service team to check its estimated restock date, or subscribe to our waitlist (available on the product page) to be notified when it becomes available again.

Q. Can I customise a product by colour?

Yes, we offer colour customisation for our products, subject to fabric and colour availability. An additional charge of ₹3500 will be applied to the MRP for custom colour requests. Sale prices are not applicable for customising colours. Please contact our team for further assistance and available options at labelmwezi@gmail.com.

Q. Can I cancel or modify my order?

We completely understand that plans can change! However, once an order is placed, we’re currently unable to modify or cancel it. We’re working toward offering a cancellation window in the future.
