What is your Exchange Policy?

Orders placed are eligible for size exchange within 4 days of delivery. If you have customised your order by length/size, it is only eligible for alterations and not exchange. 

Can I exchange a clearance sale article?

All clearance sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

What is your Return Policy?

Currently, we do not accept returns or issue refunds of our garments.

We can accommodate a one-time size exchange of your order if it has not been customised. If your order has been customised, we can offer alterations in the same garment.

Where do I register my exchange?

To request a size exchange, you can contact us on Instagram or email us at labelmwezi@gmail.com.

Please note that we currently do not offer reverse pickups. In case of an exchange, you’ll need to ship the product back to us and bear the shipping cost.

You must keep the order in its original packaging and ensure it is unused with tags attached. 

Why is my exchange request denied?

Following conditions make your order ineligible for an exchange-

Past 4 days from the date of order delivery. 

Used/worn articles.

If the order is customised by length or your personal measurements. 

Any clearance sale articles. 

If you have already made one exchange on your order. We only accommodate a one-time exchange on any order.

If your order was placed via International Shipping.

Can I exchange my order for a different product?

We currently do not accommodate product style exchange. You can only claim a one-time size exchange of your order.

What should I do if my parcel arrived damaged?

If your parcel arrives damaged, we kindly invite you to contact our customer service team. Make sure to take pictures of the parcel received and video of the unpacking. Keep the package for further inspection by our carrier.
